You get a confirmation with the service you picked and the time window. If anything shifts, we tell you before the truck rolls, not after.
The technician diagnoses on site
Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener and the balance of the door get checked, then you get a fixed price in writing for exactly what needs doing.
You approve, then work starts
Nothing is touched until you say yes to the written number. Decline it and you owe nothing for work we have not done.
